Senior Staff Engineer (IBM Sterling)

LOCATIONS: Gurgaon/ Noida/ Pune/ Jaipur/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 8+ Years
• Expertise in IBM Sterling Commerce OMS.
• You should be willing to work in US shift timing as and when required and open for travels.
• Must have strong technical experience working in more than one version of IBM Sterling.
• This is client facing role so you should have excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in IBM Sterling Commerce OMS.
• Strong understanding of supply chain concepts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the client’s needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Identify business requirements from client documentation and meetings.
• Develop high-level options for streamlining business operations based on IBM Sterling OMS capabilities.
• Document user cases and test cases based on client requirements and Bridge designs.
• Identify problems and propose recommendations that leverage all appropriate Bridge resources.
• Build consensus in groups for proposed Bridge solutions.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
