Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Total Experience 10+ years.
  • Expertise in Workday HCM Modules including Talent and Performance, Absence and Time Off, Recruiting, and Compensation (configuration and maintenance).
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday HCM Talent and Performance, Time Off, Recruiting, and Compensation modules.
  •  Strong understanding of Workday best practices, security policies, and compliance standards.
  •  Experience with Agile development methodologies in Workday implementations.
  •  Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workday Talent and Performance.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Collaborate with other IT leaders to ensure that workday Talent and Performance solutions are aligned with the overall IT strategy of the organization.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  •  Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 


  • Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements.
  • Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers 
  • Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements 
  • Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation 
  • Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers 
  • Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed 
  • Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it 
  • Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
