Senior Staff Engineer, Copado DevOps

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience 8+ years
• Strong working experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on Copado and salesforce.
• Expertise in Copado DevOps, Git repositories and Salesforce working knowledge.
• Good understanding of designing and Implementing CI/CD Pipelines.
• Knowledge of SaaS environments and integrated technologies
• Knowledge of development technologies and tools (XML, APIs, CLI, SQL, error logs, etc.)
• Strong experience and understanding of branching strategy and hosted version control vendors
• Expertise in demonstrated analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting.
• Detailed, organized, and results-oriented
• Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required
• Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
• Passionate about building great solutions
• Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzing the project’s requirements and the ability to convert said requirements into technical documents and design.
• Implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Executing the development of software with a strong focus on the security, performance, and robustness.
• Conducting deep level analysis to identify root cause to systematically resolve issues
• Following all defined software configuration management best practices
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
