Senior Staff Engineer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience - 8+ Years
• Managing user accounts and permissions.
• Enforcing company policies related to IAM.
• Monitoring system activity and reporting.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IAM best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In-depth understanding of access control models, authentication protocols, and authorization mechanisms.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation.
• Familiarity with IAM tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, Ping Identity)
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain cloud-based applications.
• Optimize performance and adhere to industry standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of encryption, access controls, and identity management.
• Familiarity with cloud security frameworks.
• Understanding of compliance requirements.
• Ability to align cloud strategies with organizational goals.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
