SENIOR SPECIALIST- Solutions, Decision Science, HHDDA- Asia Pacific
The Senior Specialist- Solutions, Decision Science is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of data engineering and digital solutions to meet the organization's data-driven needs. This role focuses on hands-on development, maintaining data quality, database configuration, software development, and enabling business intelligence through visualization and reporting. The Senior Specialist also plays a key role in ensuring efficient data pipeline operations and supporting information management practices. The Seniors Specialist also manages a team of 2-3 solutions architects and operationalizes everyday demand planning with IT team.

To be successful one will need to achieve these key objectives in integrated Market Research & Forecasting function:
Digital & Data Engineering & Pipeline Management: Design and maintain complex data engineering solutions, creating pipelines that effectively integrate data across different data stores and applications. Ensure data quality by carrying out data checks and remediation activities. Database Automation & Information Governance: Develop tools to automate routine database administration tasks and monitor performance, addressing issues as needed. Support the implementation of information management policies to ensure compliance, audit controls, and risk mitigation. Software Development & Collaboration: Design, code, and test software programs using best practices and standards, collaborating in peer reviews to identify and solve issues. Contribute to optimizing software development lifecycle processes through automation and effective methodologies. Data Visualization & Business Intelligence: Apply various visualization techniques to create effective data visuals and support business intelligence initiatives by integrating data, analyzing needs, and recommending tools for optimal insights and decision-making. System & Application Design: Create detailed designs for software applications and system components, following standard approaches and resolving minor issues to ensure efficient development of digital solutions. Manage a team of 2-3 solutions architects.
