What this job involves:



As a Manager, SharePoint Content Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, editing, and reviewing SharePoint content on Marketing SharePoint pages, including the Global Marketing and Global Digital Resource Center. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective organization and accessibility of marketing resources across the global organization.



Key Responsibilities:



SharePoint Content Management



  • Participate in planning and reconstruction of the Global Marketing and Global Digital Resource Center



  • Manage and update content on marketing SharePoint pages



  • Ensure proper functionality and navigation of SharePoint pages



  • Coordinate content archiving for retiring pages



News and Communication Support



  • Support strategy and day-to-day operations of internal news platforms




Project Management



  • Lead workstreams focused on SharePoint page builds, edits, and enhancements



  • Monitor progress and implement amendments in a timely manner



  • Adapt to additional tasks as they arise in projects



Stakeholder Collaboration



  • Facilitate communication between the marketing team and IT/SharePoint subject matter experts



  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance



Governance and Best Practices



  • Update governance documentation as needed



  • Implement and maintain content management best practices



Design and User Experience



  • Strategy and execution of page design, ensuring proper functionality and navigation

  • Strong attention to detail for content review



  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with subject matter experts



  • Basic understanding of web design principles



  • Familiarity with content governance and archiving processes



  • Intermediate graphic design skills



  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks



  • Experience in marketing or communications field (preferred)
