Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
To ensure we develop our WHS operating model across all the current country/clusters. Enabling us to influence the global blueprint of Trans4m, to ensure its ready for our market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support in harmonization, standardization and process improvement efforts within Customer Service & Sales within tools AFS/S4, EDI & CSD (Salesforce) specifically.
· Monitor CSD usage and ensure that Clusters have maintained and followed guidance provided by EM Sales Dev
· Support in User Acceptance Testing and actively report findings
· Drive communication of future business process/best practices
· Provide feedback regarding potential issues and barriers;
· Participate and lead actively in the training of new team members
· Support in the process and harmonize Digital Sales Solutions functionalities across EM – To ensure we are ready for Trans4m.
· Support in driving local change management for new business processes across EM - Specifically WHS
· Meet and exceed agreed objectives and timelines/milestones.
· Record and manage project issues and escalations on local side where necessary.
· Responsible to ensure operational readiness & change management within local workstream.
· Help develop plans to address issues within the area of WHS.
· Understanding of all E2E components of a WHS channel operating model including pre-season and in-season management
· Understanding of Customer Experience & Commerce and the whole Click platform ecosystem (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Service IT)
· Track and report on tool usage and share insights with relevant stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the sales across Retail or Wholesale, with an operational background and experience across EM countries
· Structured, organized and with strong ability to prioritize.
· SAP and ERP experience is beneficial
· Drive excellence on execution and a customer centric approach to build a sustainable business.
· Expert understanding of local Markets’ consumers, accounts, economic environment and commercial needs translated into strategic account management.
· Excellent communication skills including impactful presentation skills, influencing, negotiating and change management.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Advanced numeracy and literacy, with good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Geographical mobility
· Fluency in English.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· University degree in Business Administration or Sales related field
