We are seeking a talented individual to join our Quality Assurance team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Senior Specialist – Insurance Operations

We will count on you to:
- Undertake monitoring reviews in line with group policies and procedures and suggest corrective actions / remedial measures to business.
- Interpret clauses of Insurance and Reinsurance contracts with specific emphasis on Scope, Coverage, and Limitations.
- Understand group & company procedures and monitor compliance in terms of the business placed by the Group.
- Review and compare policy wordings across different classes of business to advice business with regards to scope and limitations of cover.
- Recommend pragmatic and effective remedial measures to business for addressing any procedural breaches caused during the placement process.
- Understand market practices which impact the broking activities and align review methodology to reflect commercial realities.
- Appropriate usage of Marsh's systems for conducting reviews and monitoring and recording information, ensuring that systems are correctly used during the process.
- Deliver on KPI’s as per company standards.
What you need to have:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn new processes and systems, ability to adapt to change
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Graduate
- 6-8 years of experience in insurance broking domain

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
