Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on various aspects of the IT industry, emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes. The role involves gathering and analyzing data, preparing comprehensive reports, and providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on the IT industry, including market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze industry reports, market intelligence, and relevant data sources to identify key opportunities and challenges.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in IT, including advancements in software, hardware, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other relevant technologies.
- Assess the potential impact of technology trends on the organization and its industry.
- Monitor and analyze the activities of competitors within the IT sector.
- Provide insights on competitor strategies, strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and challenges.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize statistical and analytical tools to interpret complex datasets.
- Extract meaningful patterns and trends from data to inform business strategy.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations.
- Communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner for various stakeholders.
Conducts and analyzes market intelligence research
Assists and consults on building marketing collateral
Provides ABM/DBM support
May lead portions of client events
Provides tactical account marketing support
Assists with execution of theater/local marketing campaigns
Interprets data analysis on campaign measures
Coordinates and supports internal / external communications activities.
Assists with building and maintaining marketing channels such as third party influencers, strategic alliances, etc.
Assists in execution of the CSAT program
Communications:
Plans, researches, writes and edits relevant communication content in support of organizational objectives.
Publishes content on corporate social media channels.
Explores and uses new communication vehicles to achieve communications objectives.
May support analyst relations activities such as briefings, inquiries and other core program campaigns.
Assists the public relations and PR agency team with coordinating launches, handling reviews of release content, managing publishing calendar, developing pitches and placing positive stories about the company.
Acts as a contributing member to the global Unisys communications function.
Consistently meets aggressive deadlines.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in IT research, market analysis, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality research and insights.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools, market research tools, and statistical analysis.
- Undergraduate degree in IT/Computer/marketing, communications, or business is preferred; and a minimum of 5 years of related marketing, consulting, or sales experience.

Strong written communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity and facility with social media.
