Job Description
Summary:
Develop software programs for software enhancements and new products. Develops software tools including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Determine hardware compatibility and/or influence hardware design. The role of the Senior Software Engineer Mobile is to work with their Team to define, build, test, and deliver releasable, quality mobile app in a defined time box.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work with your Team to organize work, including thoughtful participation during refinement sessions.
- Balance your skillset, interest, and the needs of the product to define, test, deliver, and maintain.
- Along with all Team Members, be both responsible and accountable for the product's requirements/design definition, build, test, delivery, and continual maintenance.
- Showcase the most critical components of the developed product to relevant Partners.
- Work with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Product Manager, and all applicable Partners relating to tools, process, techniques, and relationships.
- Comprehend blocking items that prevent planned work from being completed, then navigate to help eliminate the barriers.
- Provide technical guidance to Team Members that are less familiar with Mobile application development.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
- Programming experience with Mobile development using C#, .NET6/7, MAUI/Xamarin.
- Design Mobile applications.
- Experience in Mobile Software development.
- You will report to Software Team Lead
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Ability to design, build, and maintain hybrid Web applications, and Web applications.
- Desire to work on a self-organized Scrum Team.
- Passion for sharing knowledge and teaching others.
- Experience in Web Software development.
- Experience in configuring CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in building automated tests.
- Experience in Scrum.
- Experience with Rockwell Drives and other Rockwell products.
- Experience in the industrial automation industry.
- Familiarity of SAFe.
- Experience in UX design.
