• Responsible to develop/deliver engineering deliverables for Products Sales, Customer acquisition and Servicing solutions that includes Core Applications (Life Asia), CCM Solutions, Underwriting Engines, Workflow, Middleware Integration with Front End/Mobile applications etc.
• Work closely with Business Product Owners, Tech-Delivery-Leads and other technical team members to define the technical design for Product Launches, Post launch product features build, Enhancements and other new project initiatives
• Responsible for technical Solution to meet demand and guide junior IT members in the team

Key Responsibilities
Partnering with business product owners to drive Product & Proposition target or Customer Service deliverables
Lead the technical delivery of assigned tasks / projects.
Building relationships with Delivery leads, other Engineering team members and business users across the organization. Being able to engage and articulate the technical solution across team is critical to this role.
Contributes for the overall Policy Admin System architecture and design, providing best practice guidance and patterns.
Maintaining knowledge and understanding of the industry verticals, critical for implementation.
Maintaining a complete awareness of the Insurance/Financial Industries latest updates and developments allowing you to support/suggest appropriate solution for user needs
Task driven. Be able to control and commit to the agreed timeline.
