Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong background in web and backend application development. Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development
Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern web technologies and frameworks.
Implement Micro Frontends (MFE) to enhance the modularity and scalability of web applications.
Microservices & High-Throughput Applications
Architect, develop, and optimize microservices-based solutions to support high-throughput and low-latency requirements.
Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability through efficient design patterns and best practices.
Cloud & Containerization
Deploy and manage applications in an AWS environment, leveraging AWS services for scalability and resilience.
Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration, ensuring seamless deployment and management of microservices.
Production Support
Provide production support by monitoring live applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of production incidents.
Collaborate with operations teams to optimize system performance, minimize downtime, and maintain service reliability.
Implement proactive measures to identify potential issues and enhance system resilience.
Collaboration & Agile Practices
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to deliver high-quality software.
Participate in code reviews, mentor junior team members, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Embrace agile methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous delivery.
Problem-Solving & Innovation
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive innovative solutions.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies to continuously enhance architecture and application performance.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of professional software development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining microservices-based architectures.
Hands-on experience with Micro Frontend (MFE) development and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Solid understanding and practical experience with AWS services and deployment best practices.
Proficiency with Kubernetes and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, ECS, EKS).
Experience in building high-throughput and low-latency systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile development practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to mentor and lead junior developers.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
Familiarity with additional programming languages and frameworks is a plus.
Python experience is a plus.
