Overview
The Account Management Services program provides vital systems and services to the Core Payments to scale the applications for global markets entry and provide issuers with a unified and consistent experience for all the participations that are at an account level. We are an agile development organization with teams located in both St. Louis, Missouri and Pune, India.
Responsibility:
• You will be defining solutions, integrating tools and maintaining and supporting services consumed by application delivery teams.
• You will work in a professional services and consulting role to promote adoption of the services.
• Design, implement, and enhance application deployment automation using Java Script, Python.
• Use Jenkins to orchestrate builds as well as link to Sonar, Chef, Maven, Artifactory, etc. to build out the CI/CD pipeline.
• Create and maintain end-to-end automation of delivery pipelines.
• Maintain and managing infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines in different environments.
• Ensure automated tests to meet the quality standards.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track performance of applications and infrastructures.
• Work closely with developers and testing teams to ensure smooth workflows.
All About You
• Overall 6-12 years of career experience into DevOps role
• Experience in industry standard CI/CD tools like Git/BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, and Chef
• Experience of working with Cloud platforms
• Experience with scripting languages and tools - Java Script, Groovy, bash shell, MAVEN
• Experience designing and implementing an effective and efficient CI/CD flow with high quality and minimal manual effort is required
• You have IT experience including demonstrated software development participation and relationship building across large organizations
• Experience providing technical guidance and delivering global projects across multiple locations and functions
• Solution design and integration for moderate to complex systems with multiple integration points and working with cross-functional teams to realize and maintain the solutions
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Some experience as a mentor in software engineering
• Self-starter who works with little direction, constantly seeks and advances new ways of doing things, keeps abreast of relevant technologies and trends
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills and the ability to effectively share knowledge via wiki-based documentation and presentations
• Works well as a highly motivated software engineer in a highly collaborative environment
• Life cycle mindset: Appreciates the mix of new development, maintenance and support required by delivering and supporting solutions
• Appreciates the value of automation versus repeated, manual activities
• Appreciates the value of applying collaborative software development best practices and tools to the automation of infrastructure deployment and management processes
