Senior Software Engineer (C++ and Go)

Role Summary

• Own one or more sub-system/module of the solution under development
. Should work as a individual contributor and owns up the responsility of developing and developing the feature
• Work closely with System engineers, Validation and Operation teams for quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables.
• Adhere to company policies and quality standards
• Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence and report same to reporting manager
• Pay high attention to detail in all work

Key Responsibilities

6-12 years of experience developing highly-available, carrier-class network solutions
Hands-on experience with distributed and scalable telecom solutions and platforms ( ATCA, Cloud / NFV)
Preferred experience with O-RAN, RIC, LTE and 5G architecture and applications
Experience in developing and integrating micro services in a service based architecture
Thorough understanding of 3GPP Standards, Designing, Planning process and Project Management skills
Expert in one or more VoIP protocols - HTTP, GRPC etc.
Experience in transport security protocols (SSL, IPsec) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of IP-based protocols – TPC/IP, UDP, DNS.
Work Experience in Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Istio Service Mesh, AWS, GCP.
Must have strong goLang, C++, Python programming skills on Linux/Unix developing multi-threaded applications.
Working knowledge of MySQL and other relational database
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities
Ability to perform under aggressive deadlines and work effectively as part of a geographically-distributed team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear and comprehensive architectural and design specifications
Preferred experience in leading and working with teams in a multi-site environment
Must have BE/BTech, MTech ( Computer Science, EE )
