Required Knowledge and Experience
• 10+ years of total product development experience with 5 to 7 years of DevOps experience.
• B. E or B. Tech in Computer Sciences, Electronics or Electrical Engineer.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in software and hardware development and the processes associated with product life cycles.
• Experience in design, implementation, use, enablement of the pipeline automation strategy.
• Solid experience in automating development, delivery and deployment workflows.
• Experience in building a continuous integration and continuous delivery environments. Experience in building real-time reports and dashboards for the automation.
• Experience working with VM’s and Cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in Python programming.
• Working knowledge of modern scripting languages as well as C++, C# and .NET technologies.
• Experience with build environment and tool chains, CMake, Makefile, compiling, linking.
• Should have designed, developed, enhanced and maintained enterprise level automation frameworks such as Selenium, Test Complete etc., using Python
• Working knowledge of automated requirements and test management tools such as Doors, Rational Requisite Pro, Polarion, etc.
• Experience working in Windows command line environments (Command Prompt and/or PowerShell)
• Experience working with Linux command line environment and PowerShell scripting .
• Experience with GitLab in creating Continuous Integrations server tasks/jobs
• Orchestration tool experience (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
• Working knowledge of networking--TCP/IP communications and understanding of routers and switches
• Proficiency in installing and setting up desktops and servers
• Experience in extreme programming practices such as Behaviour Driven Development.
• Experience in performance testing tools such as JMeter.
• Experience in performance monitoring tools such as New Relic.
• Ensures a high-quality product is delivered during agile release cycles.
• Up-to-date knowledge about tools and technologies.
• Good communication skills.
• Functions well in a team environment.
• Demonstrates good coding practices.
• Experience in executing Non-Product Tool Validation for non-product tools.
• Familiarity with FDA and ISO standards like IEC 62304.
• Experience in building platforms or software applications in cloud environment.
