We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Sr. SDET) with a minimum of 6 years of experience, predominantly in automated testing, to strengthen our quality assurance efforts. In this key role, you will lead the automation strategy and significantly contribute to the development and implementation of automated test frameworks. Your expertise will guide the QA team in enhancing product quality through high-level automated testing practices.

• Leading the QA team with a strong emphasis on developing and maintaining sophisticated automated testing frameworks.
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define clear automation objectives and ensuring comprehensive test coverage through automation.
• Designing and implementing robust automated test strategies to accelerate testing processes and enhance product reliability.
• Expanding existing test automation infrastructure and guiding the adoption of automation best practices.
• Proactively identifying opportunities for automation within the testing cycle, reducing the reliance on manual testing.
• Reporting defects and tracking their resolution, ensuring a high level of product quality and functionality.
• Generating detailed test reports and analytics to inform stakeholders about the state of product quality and testing efficiency.

• At least 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a significant focus on automated testing.
• Expertise in the design and implementation of test automation strategies using modern testing frameworks and tools.
• Proficiency in designing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Hands-on experience with any of the automated testing tools and frameworks.
• A true team-player; someone that looks for opportunities to collaborate and mentor
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum.
