You’ll make an impact by:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of ITIL practices. This role involves overseeing the IT team, managing projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services.
- Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Utilize IT project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) to track project progress, manage tasks, and communicate with team members.
- Implement and maintain ITIL processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service level management.
- Ensure the IT infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
You’ll win us over by:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Team Lead or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation).
- Proficiency in IT project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with network and system administration is a plus.
