As the Senior Social Media Specialist for Helpshift, you will play a pivotal role in boosting
brand awareness of the Helpshift platform and the Keywords Studios Player
Engagement service line, supporting lead generation efforts, and stirring up excitement
about feature launches. As an integral member of the Helpshift marketing team, you will
be responsible for our social media strategy and building campaigns that spread the
word about exciting marketing activities like events, webinars, podcasts, thought
leadership articles, research reports, and GTM initiatives. This position is a blend of
creativity and thoughtful analysis. You will get to dream up innovative campaign
concepts and create engaging content while using data and analytics to measure and
improve performance. Since we are a technology company, it is also important to keep
a close eye on the social media profiles and trends of Helpshift competitors to help
ensure we stay up to date with our efforts in the marketplace. Helpshift is in the B2B
sector, so developing an understanding of our target client profiles (video game
companies, mobile apps, and more) and buyer personas (those who purchase, use, and
vet customer support software) is a must. While you will be supported by the Global
Head of Marketing and the rest of the marketing team, the ideal candidate will be a
high-energy self-starter with a strong work ethic that excels at both day-to-day tactical
execution as well as strategic planning. This individual must have a strong performance
mindset and be excited about growth. Excellent communication, transparency, project
management, and organizational skills will be critical for success in this role. The ideal
candidate should enjoy creative projects like graphic design and creating reels. While
you will have graphic design assistance to build templates, supply product images, and
for complicated projects, you should be comfortable working in Canva to create on-
brand social media graphics and videos.
