Join us as Senior ServiceNow Developer where you'll play a pivotal role in projects by handling designing flexible solutions, improving process wherever required, producing process documents and having an exclusive collaboration with clients, vendor and stakeholders. At Barclays, we don't just adapt to the future - we create it. Your role will also be responsible for guiding a team and drive the project to achieve the required outcomes as per the standards.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in,
End to end ServiceNow development activities, ServiceNow modules and third-party Integrations, Rest API, Integration Hubs.
Customization or development of enhancement requests for existing ITSM/ITOM tools and processes.
Working closely with (Business Analysts) BA's, Architects, Testing teams and process teams.
Identifying areas of process and tooling improvement and provide solutions to ensure tool is protected in process, security and performance aspects.
Designing end to end solutions, improving configurations and driving rollouts of new applications and modules.
Following continuous improvement best practices by identifying and diagnosing improvement opportunities and delivering solutions using Agile software development processes and identifying risk by incorporating different Authentication mechanism.
Some other highly valued skills may include,
CSM, CSA, ITSM, CTA ServiceNow Certifications.
Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Staying up to date with the latest ServiceNow capabilities, trends, and best practices.
Mentoring junior developers or co team members and help them out for any clarifications.
