1 Minimum 4 - 6 years experience in Service/Retrofit industry.
2 80% on site & 20% office based work.
3 Proficient in customer handling with good communication skill.
4 In depth technical knowledge in IBMS portfolio and security systems (ccure 9000 is more suitable)
5 Maintaining SLA( response & resolution time) for assigned contracts.
6 Handling commercial activities like cost management, PO placing & vendor management for assigned jobs.
7 Driving revenue & collection for assigned jobs & completion of extension/migration job within timeline.
8 Willing to travel.
