Key Responsibilities:Technical Service & Troubleshooting:Perform hands-on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems in equipment.Analyze equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.Field & Underground Service Management:Manage and execute service activities in the field and underground, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.Coordinate with the Deputy Manager to plan and prioritize service tasks based on equipment breakdown trends and operational needs.Major Overhauls & Repairs:Lead and participate in major overhauls and repair activities, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.Assist in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Maintenance Practices (SMPs).Shift & Manpower Management:Handle shift scheduling and allocate manpower as per job requirements, ensuring adequate coverage for all service activities.Adjust manpower allocation based on workload and operational priorities to optimize efficiency and productivity.Customer Interaction & Support:Serve as a point of contact for customers during service activities, providing technical support and addressing concerns.Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored service solutions.Inventory & Parts Management:Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring the availability of critical parts while minimizing costs.Support the procurement of necessary parts and materials for maintenance and repair activities.Team Collaboration & Leadership:Work collaboratively with the service team, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.Lead by example in promoting a safety-first culture and adherence to company standards.Safety & Compliance:Strictly follow and enforce safety SOPs during all service and maintenance activities.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal safety standards in all work environments.#LI-DNICome and share your courage to shine with us!
