What You Will Need:
Need candidate with good communication skills who has experience in providing IT Support through phones, chats and tickets for users across Global locations such as US, UK.

Nice to have good communication skills both verbal and written with good knowledge on hardware and software side of Computers who has hands on experience providing solutions for the issues faced in desktops and laptops.
