In this role you’ll make an impact by collaborating with our customers, account teams, marketing, AR, ITS and Lab colleagues to enable penetration and commercial scale-up of new product launches and near to market innovation projects that both reduces cost and energy with sustainable biosolutions. You will play a pivotal role in navigating the journey from establishing Proof of Concept at a lab scale to establishing Proof of Application at product scale. This role offers the chance to enhance your expertise in novel technologies and expand your industry network while making a meaningful impact on the organization and those around you with your valuable insights.
To succeed you must hold:

• Strong scientific skills based on a university degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) and 3+ years industry experience in vegetable oil technology or biodiesel.
• Experience within enzyme applications in O&F
• A strong desire to actively understand customers process needs and identify opportunities for penetration of innovative biosolutions within Oils and Fats and Biodiesel industries
• A flair for initiating, design, coordinate and guide experimental work of Research Associates and data analyses using advanced statistical tools to help establish POC and POA at Lab and Plant scale respectively
• Ability to translate technical insights and data into customer-relatable values.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
• A flair for providing technical training – internally as well as externally.
