As a Salesforce Sr. Developer, you will be responsible for supporting CRM applications for field sales, internal sales operations, service, and marketing business functions. You will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce solutions to support business processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experienced in Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing rules, and quote generation, with proficiency in customization and integration using CPQ APIs. Deep understanding of Salesforce Lightning Platform features and security best practices.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. Translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Design, build and implement high-performance, reusable, and reliable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools, always complying with best practices.
Perform unit testing and debugging of Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with other developers and technical teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
Assist in the implementation of new Salesforce features and functionality.
Stay updated on Salesforce development best practices and new technologies.
Provide support and troubleshooting for Salesforce solutions.
Document technical specifications and system configurations.
Mentoring and guiding junior developers
The required qualifications for the job include:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Lightning web components.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architectures, data models, integration patterns and best practices
Extensive experience with complex Salesforce customization and configuration and integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware.
Complete understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experienced with Salesforce APIs and web services (SOAP, REST).
Salesforce Developer Certification.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience with Agile methodology, successful project management in an Agile environment.
