TheSenior Salesforce Administrator Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in optimizing and managing our Salesforce platform, enabling cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Finance, Pricing, and Business Operations teams. By leveraging Salesforce capabilities, you will drive revenue growth and improve team-wide productivity. This role demands a mix of technical expertise and functional insights to streamline processes and maximize the platform's potential.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:


  • Salesforce Optimization: Manage and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ to support product bundling, pricing, discounting, and approval workflows.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain custom objects, Apex triggers, SOQL/SOSL queries, Lightning Web Components, and REST APIs.
  • Streamline Operations: Customize objects, fields, workflows, and page layouts to align with business requirements, enhancing user efficiency.
  • Data Management: Handle large data sets confidently using tools like Excel and Dataloader.io, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
  • Integration Projects: Collaborate on integrations with NetSuite and middleware applications to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
  • DevOps & Deployment: Manage the Salesforce development lifecycle, sandbox environments, test classes, and deployment tools like Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
  • User Support: Provide training, create documentation, and troubleshoot issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

Your work will enable seamless collaboration, improve operational efficiency, and directly contribute to our organization’s growth and success.


We’re looking for a teammate with:


Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, with at least 6 years in designing and managing Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud.

Technical Skills:


  • Proficiency in Salesforce customization, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, REST APIs, and CPQ configurations.
  • Strong experience with data tools like Dataloader.io and advanced Excel.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Problem-Solving & Communication:


  • Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Certifications (Preferred):


  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Sales & CPQ Cloud Consultant
  • Platform App Builder
  • Financial Force/Certinia
