Role: Sales & Business Development, Industrial Channel Sales for Process Industry
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Drive business in the assigned territory/region. Wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned Channel Partners, catering MRO requirement through customer centric approach & handling Process industry OEM customer.
Prospecting for new potential customer Generate & Lead New Business - Process Industry.
Experience in process industry (food & beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical.
Should be aware of Pharma, F&B, Chemicals (API, FDA, etc) regulation.
Food & Beverage, Pharma, Chemicals industries segment for sealing
Meet and Exceed sales targets, Strong understanding of the Manufacturing process and industry, Proven track record of performance in terms of sales achievement,
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet performance objectives and expectations.
Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and issues in a timely manner, develop positive working relationship with partners to build business.
Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities, Competitor information tracking, reporting and recommendations,
Handling Sales Activities such as RFQ’s, Order Follow-up, Payment Collection, Sales Reporting.
Monitor & achieve sales plan & customer orders.
Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
Responsible to ensuring the supply of Product within the time.
Impart basic knowledge to customer service & help them serve customer faster, Customer Co-ordination and support activities Ensure success stories are created and replicated in his assigned territory/region/customers
Identify and generate new profitable business opportunities /business
Market analysis and Voice of Customer information gathering, analysis and reporting.
Prior experience on Industrial MRO Business through channel sales.
