Role Summary


As the Enterprise Sales Director, you will lead the promotion and sales of ComplyScore to Fortune 500 companies and large enterprises across industries. You will take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, transforming marketing leads into closed deals. This position demands a strategic mindset, a proven track record in SaaS or TPRM sales, exceptional relationship management, and the ability to collaborate across teams.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Strategy & Execution:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to meet revenue targets and drive market penetration for ComplyScore.
  • Identify key market opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Business Development:


  • Identify and engage decision-makers, including CISOs, Risk Managers, and Procurement Heads within target accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their TPRM needs and align solutions accordingly.

Solution Selling:


  • Effectively present and demonstrate the value of ComplyScore in addressing third-party risk, cybersecurity, and compliance challenges.
  • Tailor proposals and solutions to meet the specific requirements of each client.

Market Insights:


  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance solution positioning and competitiveness.

Collaboration:


  • Partner with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the product team to address technical inquiries and contribute to future enhancements.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–12 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within SaaS, TPRM, GRC, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • In-depth knowledge of third-party risk management, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) for pipeline management and sales forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
