Position Overview:


We are seeking an accomplished Senior Quality Manager with around 15 years of experience to lead a team of 20-25 quality professionals across development, delivery, supply chain, and services. This leadership role is pivotal to our commitment to operational excellence, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in quality management, people leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful quality initiatives and support our strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 20-25 quality professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Quality Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy that aligns with organizational goals and customer expectations, ensuring consistent quality across all value chains.
  • End-to-End Quality Management: Oversee quality processes and standards across development, delivery, supply chain, and services, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Development, Operations, Supply Chain, and Service teams to embed quality principles and best practices across the entire product and service lifecycle.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Define, track, and report on key quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive decision-making and improvement.
  • Quality Initiatives: Lead and support continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing quality, reducing defects, and optimizing efficiency across departments.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards, manage risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies to uphold quality and safety standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a senior representative for steering quality across the organization, engaging with stakeholders to address quality concerns and foster a proactive quality culture.
  • Training & Capability Building: Drive quality training and upskilling programs across the organization, ensuring that all team members are knowledgeable and equipped to support high-quality standards.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO) are preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in quality management, with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional quality teams.
  • Proven expertise in quality standards, methodologies, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to quality improvement and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment to drive quality and operational excellence.
