We are looking to hire a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, Support Ops in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the implementation and execution of automated testing processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software quality assurance, with expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, JMX, and BlazeMeter. This role will require the candidate to work in 6PM IST to 3AM IST.
The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated test scripts using Selenium, JMX, and BlazeMeter.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify test scenarios.
- Execute test cases and report defects, ensuring they are properly documented and tracked throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Perform regression testing to ensure software updates and enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionalities.
- Continuously enhance and optimize the automated testing framework for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members in the field of quality assurance and automation.
- Actively participate in design and code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of QA best practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to quality assurance and automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and automation testing.
- Strong proficiency in Selenium, JMX, and BlazeMeter.
- Familiarity with other testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
- Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to complex QA challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is desirable.
