Work Location: Bengaluru
Work Mode: In Office, 5 days/week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing test cases for complex systems.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test frameworks, tools, and infrastructure.
- Writing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various types of testing including performance and Identifying, reporting, and troubleshooting defects in the product.
- Work on REST API or SDK Integrations.
- Keeping up-to-date with new testing techniques, technologies, and tools, and recommending improvements to the testing process.
- Conducting regular ramp up sessions within the SDET team on latest tools and technologies to keep juniors in the team up to date on testing/technology trends.
Skills and Expertise Required:
- Strong Experience in Python, web services, HTML, XML, json, excel
- Experience in designing and building scalable automated test frameworks and test suites, working across technologies and Analyzing the logs for failures and resolving in the shortest time.
- Strong experience in Agile development methodologies and utilizing technologies such as GIT, Maven, Jenkins for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
- Experience in manual testing, analyzing test logs, creating test reports and keeping the manager updated on the progress on a regular basis.
- Experience with Open Source Performance Testing Tools like Locust or JMeter.
- Prior knowledge on Player validations
- Information on Streaming protocols
- Understanding of SSAI
- Knowledge of AWS & GCP is an added advantage
- Streaming Media Industry Experience or Server Side Ad Insertion.
- Experience Range: 3 - 5 years
