Job responsibilities
·Good Oral & Written communication skills in English. Additionally knowing
Spanish will be preferred.
·Examine and analyze departmental purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy of information.
·Commercial and technical knowledge in offer evaluations.
·Effective negotiation, finalization, and cost optimization
·Should be capable of building relationship with Sales, Engineering, Expediting and other stake holders.
Should be capable of supporting to meet the team KPI and individual KPI.
·
What you bring
·Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities through effective time management in order to deliver on client’s expectations.
·Knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures.
·Knowledge of Mining equipment's preferred.
·Should be proactive, dynamic and determined.
·Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
·Should be good team player.
·Knowledge in Oracle ERP system will be an added advantage, or any ERP knowledge is a must.
·Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
·Competency with Microsoft office suiters
·Self-motivation and the ability to perform well under pressure
·Possibility to assist outside normal office hours.
