To undertake and drive complex strategic projects, at pace, for Catalyst BU. To work closely with Catalyst BU stakeholders helping them to solve problems/secure opportunities, improve performance, and achieve objectives.
Undertake short-term or long-term complex/critical projects to address a variety of strategic issues and needs for Catalyst BU.
Meet with stakeholders to understand their requirements, using a variety of methods to collect data.
Conduct research and analysis to identify issues and opportunities
Draw on your expertise in business/commercial/operations strategies and methodologies to develop detailed business plans, strategies and recommendations for stakeholders.
Provide insightful advice and recommendations to stakeholders to help them make informed business decisions.
Formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections.
Implement and drive project plans, monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary
Create high impact documents (e.g., PPTs, word reports, performance management reports) for senior stakeholders
Experienced professional with a proven track record in solving and managing complex projects at pace in the manufacturing process industries
Experienced in defining hands-on growth and strategy plans and supporting planning and tracking of business initiatives
Knowledge of licensing technology to build plants that use catalysts
Commercial, Marketing, Technology or related degree with significant industry experience
Experienced commercial P&L owner, with financial acumen, understanding of management accounting principles and budgeting
Experienced communicator at senior levels: transforming data into insight, developing high-impact professional business presentations.
