Department – Therapy Access & Advocacy Department

The position


As an HEOR Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will:


  • Drive, support, and create market access strategies in collaboration with commercial, marketing, and medical teams.
  • Partner in driving HEOR strategy for Novo Nordisk Diabetes & Rare Disease pipeline products.
  • Lead evidence generation including HE model development, economic evaluation, cost, and health-related quality-of-life studies.
  • Substantiate strong support of the Payer Value Story with credible HEOR evidence.
  • Support training and development of modeling approaches and simulation strategy development.
  • Lead Health Technology assessments for new launches for reimbursement across therapies.
  • Collaborate with global and internal stakeholders in driving multiple projects such as HEOR publication strategy and execution.
  • Establish and maintain a broad network of stakeholders within the healthcare sector, pharmaceutical industry, and academia.
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders as a project manager to facilitate the design of retrospective and prospective studies.
  • Support the India Diabetes & Rare Disease field access team in driving the team’s growth and shaping innovation for the reimbursement market.

Qualifications


We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following qualifications:


Need to have:


  • University master’s degree in business administration.
  • More than 5 years of experience in pharma/healthcare market access, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in market access, strategy formulation, health economics, or outcomes research.
  • Proficient in strategic thinking, drive performance, personal leadership, ownership mindset, and effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management, stakeholder management, change management, and competitive Intelligence.

Nice to have:


  • Project Management or market access certification is preferable.
  • Experience in leading or owning market access projects.
