The Position

As a Sr. Project Manager-Adobe target professional at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage projects related to Adobe Target implementation and optimization.
• Collaborate with data layers and analytics, specifically AEM and Take ownership of Adobe Target and perform end-to-end technical setup of optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets and Coordinate resources and ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues and provide guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience in Adobe Target implementation and optimization.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Project management certification (PMP) is a plus.

About the department

The Sr. Project Manager-Adobe Target role is part of the Commercial Global Business Services (GBS) unit at Novo Nordisk. The Commercial GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial GBS, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations.
