Your work:

• Responsible for the global end-to-end implementation of chatbot development- and deployment- projects.
• Following agile project delivery methods.
• Managing project team to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and design for chatbot architectures.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implements mitigation strategies.
• Target group-oriented communication e.g. team project team communication, weekly/monthly reporting on project status, milestones etc.
• Lead/foster communication across project team members and stakeholders.
• Supporting continuous improvement within the whole team.
   

What do we expect from you: 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in delivering complex projects.
• Strong track record of successfully managing and delivering global projects within budget and timeline constraints.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices – esp. agile project delivery.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively lead, resolve conflicts, delegate tasks, and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven experience in managing project budgets, resources, and risks to ensure project success.
• Project management certification (e.g., Scrum)
   

Additional skills that would be considered a plus:

• Experience with Jira
• Knowlege of Google Dialogflow
• Solid understanding of chatbot technologies and conversational AI, with experience in delivering chatbot projects
