Role description:


This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally. Role accountabilities:


  • Delivering and leading tasks independently and generating additional work through successful delivery. 
  • Manage the production and quality of project delivery and associated documentation and reports to ensure that they meet or exceed expectations
  • Manage quality assurance and feedback from Arcadis’ offices or clients, ensuring effective communication of any project changes.
  • Plan for effective and efficient task implementation, manage the planning and organization of tasks, people, and resources to meet deadlines, including production of resource budgets for approval.
  • Identify necessary changes to delivery requirements, raise these to senior stakeholders to resolve issues and suggesting appropriate solutions to contribute to client care and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
  • Analyse and review data to collate trends, provide advice and make recommendations to support project decision-making.
  • Provide assistance to Arcadis’ regional offices articulating necessary changes to task requirements and assisting with the quantification of the impact on schedule and resources.
  • Lead or set up lessons learnt sessions for continual improvement of the service.

    exercise sound independent judgement and take responsibility including the appropriate escalation of risks.
  • Overseeing the development of process improvement and best practice in your discipline
  • Provide solutions and examples of best practice from across the GEC within PPM domain.
  • Proactively promote the use of SOPs and are expected at all levels to follow best practice, use, and capture appropriate data, share lessons learned and optimize delivery through standardization and application of the most suitable digital solution
  • Create strong relationships with project colleagues in the other GBAs and liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication on project matters and resolve complex technical issues

Qualifications & Experience:


  • 8+ years related experience in Project Management & controls.  
  • Experience in project controls pertaining to engineering and construction activities 
  • Good experience operating in a global offshoring model 
  • Confident in building strong and lasting relationships with UK PM’s 
  • Thorough understanding of Arcadis way process, in particular Pursuit to Win & Deliver to Result stage. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory.

Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelors or master’s in commerce/ finance/ business management
