Global Security & Resilience (GS&R) leads enterprise risk management (ERM), physical security, crisis management, business continuity, occupational health and safety, retail asset protection, investigations, geostrategic intelligence and legal operations, ensuring we are prepared for our top risks and ready to respond and emerge stronger following potential disruptions. The Sr. Program Specialist, Global Security & Resilience (GS&R) Standards and Performance will support or lead our proactive and strategic development, management, and maintenance of programmes, policies, and projects for physical security, retail asset protection, business resilience, enterprise risk, and health and safety, ensuring GS&R in delivering data-informed, scalable, and measurable programs. Responsibilities:Assist in developing and maintaining GS&R risk assurance programme, including primary responsibility for drafting, and updating policies, standards and practices with content experts on the team.Support content and maintain metrics for the company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Resilience programmes.Maintain GS&R performance metrics programme, including retail, office, and supply chain risk assurance.Maintain department knowledge management sites (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams) with content owners, including tools and templates.Support GS&R vendor and technology management, including the vendor onboarding process.Support delivery of GS&R-led training and exercises (e.g., retail safety training, crisis exercises, and business continuity plan testing)Support major global or group security and resilience projects.Support GS&R leadership team in planning departmental strategy and meeting programme goals.Lead development and sustainment of content of global crisis management and business continuity policies and plans.Support GS&R leadership team by collecting and analysing data, preparing scorecards and presentations for senior and board-level reporting of risks and controls.Support financial planning process for GS&R, including development of the Annual Financial Plan (AFP).Skills & Qualifications:7+ years of overall experience with 3+ years of relevant experience supporting global programmes.Fluency in English.Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is good to have.Project management experience required; project manager certification is good to have.Experience drafting and communicating procedures.Proficiency building and maintaining applications on the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps) for performance dashboards and data visualisation.Global mindsetLOCATIONBengaluru, IndiaFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull timeCurrent LS&Co Employees, apply via your Workday account.
