Senior Professional Consultant Logistic and Operations

• As a key contributor to our global digitalization journey in Logistics and Operations, you will play a crucial role in driving automation initiatives.

  
  

  Your responsibilities include conducting requirements, analysis, project preparation and execution for various automation projects, such as AGV and Middleware implementation, as well as Manufacturing Execution Projects with SAP DM. You are ensuring smooth end-to-end processes from Logistics to Operations.
  Additionally, you will define and implement solution customization and programming, You will also coordinate specifications for development and interface integration to ensure seamless system connectivity.

  
  

  Therefore deep knowledge in SAP PP/MM/LE/WM/EWM/SD/EDI, MES (SAP DM), Scanner Systems and ABAP is neccessary.

  
  

• Responsible for building IT services

  
  

  Understanding the client's business needs

  
  

  Providing advice on technology best practices.

  
  

  Planning a timeline for completion of projects.

  
  

  Business partnering for Business Process Owners/Managers

  
  

• University degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience
• > 5 years; Business knowledge:

• Functional knowledge:
  own: Professional in Production Systems (SAP ERP PP/MM/LE/WM/EWM/SD/EDI, MES, Scanner Systems, ABAP (especially for debugging, User Exits, BAPI, BAdI and enhancement implementation)

  
  

  Professional in Web Technologies (SAP UI5 and/or HTML, Java Script

  
  

  and REST APIs)
  IT Application Portfolio Managememt (LeanIX)
  IT Demand/Project Management Systems (ServiceNow)
   

  
  

  other: Intermediate in Digital Core Applications and Infrastructure for Automotive Suppliers
  Application platforms, Integration Services, Business analytics Systems
  IT Service Management
  Business Process Knowledge:
  own: Professional in production processes (daily scheduling of production, material resource planning, maintenance)

  
  professional in logistic processes (Warehouse Management, Shipping, JIT Outbound, JIT Inbound, Transportation, Sales and Distribution)

  IT Service Processes (ITIL)
