Senior Product Owner
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and delivery of innovative products within our dynamic SAFe Agile environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills. This role will require you to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with the overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that they meet the needs of the target market.
- Develop detailed product specifications, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
- Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, utilizing SAFe methodologies to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize product success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Integrate products with upstream applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Leverage cloud technologies and microservices architecture to build scalable and resilient product solutions.
- Experience in the Travel domain is a plus but not mandatory.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in a SAFe Agile environment.
- Strong technical understanding, including knowledge of database querying and integration with upstream applications.
- Proficiency in using tools like Visio for creating diagrams and visualizations.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for creating innovative products that delight customers.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience in the Travel domain.
- Familiarity with data analytics and machine learning techniques.
- Experience with product management tools like Jira.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its applications.
