What you will be doing?
This is a critical role in the global Product Marketing team. This role will focus specifically on the APAC region and developing/implementing an effective GTM strategy and plan based on market insights and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with Sales and SDR teams to understand their unique in-market regional needs and deliver training and sales content (including deal participation, playbooks, customer stories, and case studies) to help them drive KPIs.
• Partner closely with Marketing and Field Marketing teams to develop and implement an effective mix of marketing strategies and tactics
• Work closely with product management and collaborate with GTM teams to support the launch of certain new features and solutions using the appropriate GTM strategy, messaging, positioning, etc.
• Be the go-to person and manage close collaboration by staying connected with HQ teams based in the APAC ANZ region.
• Conduct local market-level competitive intelligence to inform efforts and enable/train Sales as appropriate.
• Connect regularly with sales and marketing teams to understand headwinds and key objections and develop collateral and training to address regional requirements.

• You have a strong understanding of and passion for martech and the changing dynamics of the ecosystem, in general and specific to Asia-Pacific markets.
• You are a self-starter, resourceful, independent, and action-oriented.
• You are adept at creating sales collateral and training materials.
• You have experience working for a global, geographically distributed organization and what it takes to communicate/collaborate effectively across time zones.
• You have strong writing skills, enjoy storytelling and have a knack for simplifying technical messaging.
• You are technical enough to work with Product and Engineering, but also have strong customer and marketing instincts and know how to translate and boil things down for Sales and other client-facing teams.
• You are used to juggling multiple projects and tasks but also know how to focus, prioritize and stay accountable for progress and deadlines.
Required
• Min 5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS product marketing ideally in martech. Regional marketing, sales or pre-sales experience will be a plus.
• BBA/BS degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. An MBA degree is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills– written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across time zones and in a team and/or matrixed environment.
• Ability to influence business partners and key stakeholders.
