The Merchant Experience Team is entrusted with the pivotal task of shaping the comprehensive experience that PayU extends to its merchants. This journey encompasses every stage, beginning with the onboarding process, and includes product discovery, activation, retention, as well as cross-sell and upsell opportunities throughout the entire merchant lifecycle. Additionally, this team is accountable for ensuring the superior quality and efficacy of merchant services and communications.
About the Role
As a Sr. PM, you will craft innovative frameworks aimed at enhancing the merchant experience across all PayU payment products. You will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization, focusing on crucial metrics such as activation, adoption, cross-sell, and retention to drive our mission forward
Responsibilities:
Will own end to end product roadmap and delivery
Gather insights on product usage and build roadmap to improve metrics accordingly
Identify and solve for gaps in developer experience, merchant experience, payer experience, reconciliation, integrations, success rates, TATs and reporting
Build a seamless experience for Payu merchant
Work with team of engineers, data scientist to build world class merchant experience
Think beyond what’s already been solved for in the ecosystem
Drive product and market research, competitive analysis, planning positioning and roadmap development
Evangelize new product ideas, strategies and go-to-market plans
Make data-driven product decisions and democratize product success metrics across teams
Most importantly, “own the outcome”
Requirements:
Possess 5 to 7 years of experience in product management.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing end-user experiences, preferably within a B2B context.
Proven experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including Marketing, Business, Sales, Engineering, and Support teams.
Demonstrated success in managing a product with substantial scalability
Extensive experience in developing consumer-facing desktop and mobile websites.
Highly effective collaboration skills for working within cross-functional teams.
Over 3 years of experience utilizing Analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Proven experience in a collaborative setup involving multiple lines of businesses.
Excellent communication skills.
Working knowledge of payment products.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology. An MBA is considered advantageous.
