As a Senior Product Associate in Export Aggregation Product, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Job responsibilities - Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
- Collaborate with product managers to assist in defining product strategy and roadmap. Act as a strategic partner to product managers across the team.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed product backlog specifications to map them into epics and user stories
- Manage product development cycles, including planning, prioritization, and tracking progress. Facilitate sprint panning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of product features.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - 10+ years of product management or relevant experience with agile product methodology and practices
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
- Effective written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Computer Science, or related or comparable field of study
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Familiarity with open banking principles, API’s and regulatory requirements is a plus.
