Primary Job Responsibilities:

• This position is for Process Lead engineer having experience in Battery materials domain.
• Shall have experience in unit operations required in Li Battery Materials.
• In depth knowledge is required for crystallizers, filter Press, polishing filtration, paddle dryer, dissolver columns, leaching circuit including impurity precipitation, ION exchange system, RHK & Rotary kilns, blenders, jet mills.
• Familiarity with batch process & continuous process is critical.
• Knowledge of all critical equipment sizing, e.g., Pump, heat exchanger and line sizing for slurry services.
• Sizing of specialized solid handling equipment like bins, hopper, pneumatic conveying systems etc. Optimization of Process parameters for overall energy consumption / heat integration.
• Key OEM interface understanding including benchmarking.
• Familiarity with special layout requirements for slurry service.
• Managerial skills to handle medium to large size projects with focus on schedule, quality, resources.
• Good communication skills, proven experience to deal with Client, Home office, Site team

• Chemical Engineering degree is a must.
• Minimum 20+ years in Process Department of a consultancy organization or technical services department of a Refinery / Petrochemical  / Fertilizer  / Chemical plant.
• Minimum 15+ year in Process Department of a consultancy organization.
