This challenging position requires someone to think independently, work well collaboratively across multiple disciplines, including working with a variety of tax domains. About the Role
• To Prepare Federal, State & City tax returns within timeframe.
• Rectification of work as per instruction provided by reviewer.
• To prepare in-house training material.
• To help team members in resolving their Tax related queries.
• To undergo induction / tax update training as per the requirements.
• To complete verification of documents in SPbinder, if required.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.
About You
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience US Taxation.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Should be well-versed with US /Indian Taxation
• Should have good communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
• Should have Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Sound work exposure of Taxation.
• Knowledge of Tax Rates, tax laws
• Client Interaction Skills required.

About the Role:
• Review of federal and state income tax returns for individuals, businesses, estate, and exempt organizations.
• Guidance to Preparers for difficulties and complex issues
• Assignment of daily work to preparers and follow up.
• Submit completed tax returns and related work within scheduled time.
• Modification in completed work as per customer review requests, review and re-submit to clients within scheduled time.
• To complete the work related with various projects as per requirements of the Organization.
• Conformity to work policies, procedures and quality standards suggested by the Organization.
• Quick familiarization with the amendments in tax laws and relevant tax software updates, changes in the Clients’ work preparation policies, procedures, and prompt communication of the same to the preparers with proper guidance.
• Induction and tax update training for self and Preparers
• Following policies and guidelines to protect information security.
• Training, mentoring, and providing guidance to staff.



About You:
• Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
• Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks.
• Lead and direct the work of others.
• Experience with local Accounting Firms (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience US Taxation
• Proficient with Tax Software’s
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong accounting and analytical skills.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task.
