Job Purpose:


We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Principal, Digital Capability - Content & Experience to join our team supporting the Global Digital & Tech (D&T) organization. As the Senior Principal, you will be responsible for owning the operations and delivery of content and experience related to digital fluency, design & user experience, and skills development products. This role involves defining learning pathways, content, and experiences for strategic programs across D&T and the enterprise, while interacting and building relationships with colleagues across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:


  • Lead and Manage Learning Operations:
    • Oversee the operations of learning programs, managing a matrix team across technical departments and HR Learning & Development teams.
    • Ensure the efficient delivery of a suite of learning products aligned with organizational strategic plans.
    • Manage resources, adopt agile ways of working, incorporate customer feedback, and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Engage and manage stakeholders across various functions, often at senior levels, to navigate the complexity of multiple requirements and functional needs.
    • Deliver enterprise solutions that meet the diverse needs of the organization.
  • Deliver Engagement Products:
    • Lead the delivery of engagement products, with quick turnaround time, ensuring timely and effective execution of complex employee processes.
    • Coordinate the development and implementation of programs designed to engage and educate employees.
  • Expertise in Technical Learning Styles:
    • Demonstrate expertise in the field of technical learning styles and lead the delivery of content through experiential tools, online learning, and team-based activities.
    • Develop and implement innovative learning solutions to enhance digital fluency and user experience across the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align L&D initiatives with organizational goals and strategies. Foster strong relationships across departments to support the successful implementation of the D&T skills program.
  • Governance and Quality Assurance: Maintain strong governance around content creation, management, and review to ensure consistency and quality across all L&D initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in L&D and technology skills to inform and enhance program offerings.

Basic Qualification


  • 16+ years of experience in driving Learning & Development programs with a focus on Data, AI and technologies
    • Strong business acumen
    • Self-starter and natural drive to implement and see follow through on commitments.
    • Data driven, using information to inform decisions and solve problems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing digital capability content and user experience products.
  • Expertise in technical learning styles and the delivery of diverse content formats.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
    • Be an influencer, experienced in defining and delivering focused and impactful plans in a large, complex, matrix organization which is culturally and geographically diverse with multiple stakeholders in HR and the business.
    • Be experienced working with a matrix team based in diverse locations and delivering through external partners as required.
    • Demonstrated learning agility and organizational skills, with the ability to deal with complexity in a fast-paced working environment.

Preferred Experience / qualifications and skills:


  • Master’s degree or MBA in a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in defining and implementing skills frameworks and learning pathways.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale programs and manage vendor relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage team members in a matrix setup.
  • Knowledge of digital learning platforms and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
  • Experience working in a global organization and managing cross-cultural teams.
