Job Description:
- Understand Business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
- Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI
- Analyze data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics like creating relationships between tables, building hierarchies, and using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for calculated columns and measures.
- Communicate with Business units & leadership team and aim at better visualization and transparency of data analytics, driving insightful business strategies and improved business performances
- Partner with other Technology teams to create Data models, Charts & Reports in a scalable and controlled environment
- Optimize the performance of queries and reports by improving data model design and reducing data loading times.
- Configure scheduled data refreshes to ensure that reports and dashboards are up to date.
