Senior Power Bi Developer

As a Senior Power BI Report Developer, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making processes. Your expertise will be needed in transforming complex data sets into insightful, actionable business intelligence.

• Design and develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards to present data in a clear and concise manner.
• Evaluate and determine the appropriate environment for data storage and processing based on the requirements with sufficient attention for economical and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with team leads and data officers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.
• Conduct data modeling and data analysis to ensure accurate data representation and visualization.
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and user experience, ensuring responsiveness and quick data retrieval.
• Challenge & Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information within the reports.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and trends to recommend enhancements and improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the data connections, gateways, the power of service, report performance, and data accuracy.
• Should be maintain & troubleshoot the power bi back-end service (connections, gateways, the power bi service, tenant and workspace security, performance, etc. ...)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Power BI Report Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and data visualization best practices.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data analysis, and data transformation techniques, software and frameworks.
• Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating calculated columns and measures
• Familiarity with SQL and database querying.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
