Our client is a fast-growing, agile international consulting firm headquartered in the United Kingdom. They've been focusing on optimizing processes centricity and technology. One of the many areas they are focusing on is to design and implement next generation activities- reformulating operating models, optimizing processes and installing automation.
As a Senior Power Automate Developer you will optimize the layout, configuration, and permissions of their SharePoint sites and existing or new Power Apps forms & applications.
What your responsibilities will include:- Craft and implement robust Power Apps applications to address complex business requirements effectively.
- Leverage Power Automate to enhance and automate business processes, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms and data sources.
- Collaborate with various business units to gather insights, review workflows, and propose innovative solutions.
- Ensure the performance and reliability of Power Apps and Power Automate through rigorous testing and refinement.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the Power Platform and the technology sector at large.
- Contribute to the strategic direction and planning of Power Platform projects.
What You'll Bring to the Table:- A minimum of 10 years in software development, particularly with a focus on Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Proven success in designing and implementing complex applications utilizing both canvas and model-driven approaches in Power Apps.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for managing code versions, adopting agile practices, and facilitating CI/CD workflows.
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure services, including but not limited to virtual servers, data storage, databases, and Azure Functions.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for creating low-code applications, automating workflows, and performing data analysis.
- Expertise in developing complex workflows using Power Automate.
- Familiarity with Entity Framework for ORM in .NET applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively tackle programming challenges.
- Background in SharePoint development and customization, integrating it with the Power Platform.
- Excellent analytical mindset with the capability to resolve development issues efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for liaising with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Competence in drafting clear technical documentation, including specifications and project details.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar area is required.
- Holding Microsoft Power Platform certifications is a significant advantage.
