Responsibilities


In support of the PPM Platform Support team and ePMO leadership:


  • Maintain in-depth expertise of all supported PPM products, including core functionality, product roadmap, and release cycles.
  • Serve as primary administrator and first-line support for PPM tool offerings, managing support queues and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Evaluate software releases and communicate potential impacts to end-users and backend configurations to supplementary admin teams.
  • Explore improvements to existing tool architecture, processes, and integrations to enhance user experience.
  • Ensure system availability per established SLAs and communicate outages to all impacted parties as necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with internal and third-party legal and security requirements, performing system audits and developing ad-hoc reports when required.
  • Provide end-user and admin training for ePMO managed products and processes.
  • Assist in consolidating, centralizing, and documenting PMO standards within PPM Tools.
  • Directly support ePMO Product Owner by monitoring license counts and providing utilization rates & trends for ePMO managed products.
  • Support additional ePMO efforts to implement PPM and PMO tools, processes & standards, conducting end-user outreach, training & documentation as required.
  • Collaborate on defining and implementing functional and technical requirements, business processes, and workflows.
  • Lead communication and change management initiatives for teams.
  • Provide backup support for other core functional areas supported by ePMO.

Experience & Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in information & computer science, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science. 
  • 3+ years of administrator level experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, Monday.com or similar PPM tools

Technical Skills & Competencies


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience or exposure to System Administration for Cloud Applications
  • Strong technical writing skills for documentation and training guides
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in team setting and independently
  • Proficiency in O365/MS Office, Excel, SharePoint Online & PowerAutomate
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau/PowerBI
  • Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively and follow through
  • Must be able to work at least 50% of the time during Central Standard Time (GMT -6)
