The position

As a Senior Platform Technical Lead in Novo Nordisk, you will be instrumental in ensuring a successful partnership between Novo Nordisk and Microsoft. You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring integrating Microsoft technology and know-how into Novo Nordisk enterprise offerings and AI use case execution. Your key responsibilities:

• Technical Guidance and Decision-Making: Provide expert guidance on architectural decisions and strategies, ensuring alignment with Novo Nordisk standards and enterprise direction. Coordinate compliance with program governance and IT quality controls.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with use case teams and Microsoft consultants to clarify foundational requirements. Facilitate communication and collaboration across various teams and stakeholders, building a strong internal network with business and DD&IT partners.
• Program Planning and Execution: Lead program planning processes and cadence, including PI planning events. Develop and maintain program management methods, templates, and tools. Identify and manage dependencies within and outside the program, proactively mitigating risks and impediments.
• Steering Committee and Governance: Assist in preparing, coordinating, and facilitating steering committee meetings. Present escalated matters requiring senior management attention and liaise with other Digital, Data & IT professionals across the company.
• Continuous Improvement and Change Management: Act as a change agent, driving continuous improvements. Conduct program pulse-checks and lessons learned sessions, developing and implementing continuous improvement plans.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Overall 13+ years of IT experience. 6+ years’ experience with Digital Transformation Projects, Technical leadership and/or PMO roles.
• 6+ years’ experience with Digital Transformation Projects, Technical leadership and/or PMO roles
• 4+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in program planning and execution.
• Experience in steering committee governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
